Street-parking is easy to find after 5pm. A permanent visitor parking permit can be provided for regular street parking.
Eastern market metro is only 3 blocks away, the Circulator bus goes to Union Station and the 30s buses run to the Capital and Mall frequently. A bikeshare station is at the metro and all around the neighborhood. Car2Go operates in this neighborhood as well as Zipcar.
A washer-dryer is located in the bathroom of each unit.
For stays less than 6 months, utilities are included:
- Gas (fireplace)
- Electricity (stove, heat, water boiler)
- Water
- Wi-Fi (Comcast) (television is not included)
- Trash removal
For stays of 6 months or more, only Water and Trash removal are included.
